When it comes to holiday décor my mom and I both love to make our homes feel festive for Christmas. The holidays are such a special time filled with family and traditions...some of which include a big Christmas Eve dinner with a beautifully set table followed by an exchange of Christmas pjs. My mom always went all out with Christmas and it's something that I've loved doing in our new home. While we both have aesthetics rooted in the classics, my mom’s taste leans more classic-traditional while I skew more classic-modern. “It’s been such fun decorating our new house for the holidays. We hung lots of wreaths on both the interior and exterior of our home & have been burning candles & playing Christmas music from Vince Guaraldi to Michael Bublé. “Nochebuena is probably my favorite night of the year, with fires aglow, carols being sung, and the scent of delicious food about to be served on my favorite English china. And of course the anticipation amongst young and old for Santas arrival early the next morning...in the old days we even made it to Midnight mass. What a magical night!” -Mayling
