CARE & HANDLING

Ensuring your jewelry lasts a lifetime will require a little TLC on your part! As a general rule, jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off when you get home. A few things to keep in mind:

-Vermeiled jewelry is particularly sensitive to perspiration, chlorine, and chemicals found in perfume and feminine care products such as hairspray and deoderant. Take care to avoid contact with these items.

-When not wearing your ASHA jewelry, its best to return it to a pouch for safekeeping. This will prevent the metal from oxidizing. Plus, the little orange and grey pouches look super cute in your jewelry box.

-Do not wear your jewelry in the water, particularly the suede wrap bracelets. Chlorine and salt water are not your friends (in this case!)

-To clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe away tarnish. If discloration persists, submit for repair.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the fedex tracking number for your package.

International shipping fees will apply to orders shipping outside of the Untied States. They will be applied to orders after the checkout process.

RETURN POLICY

ASHA by Ashley McCormick proudly stands behind the integrity and quality of our brand. We will accept all returns shipped back to us within 10 business days. Please email our customer service department at support@ashabyadm.com before shipping for a return authorization. You may exchange your item(s) or if you choose to return your item(s), your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount less the cost of shipping and handling. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging or they will not qualify for a refund/exchange.
