Ensuring your jewelry lasts a lifetime will require a little TLC on your part! As a general rule, jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off when you get home. A few things to keep in mind:

-Gold dipped jewelry is particularly sensitive to perspiration, chlorine, and chemicals found in perfume and feminine care products such as hairspray and deodorant. Take care to avoid contact with these items.

-When not wearing your ASHA jewelry, its best to return it to a pouch for safekeeping. This will prevent the metal from oxidizing. Plus, the little orange and grey pouches look super cute in your jewelry box.

-Do not wear your jewelry in the water, particularly the suede wrap bracelets. Chlorine and salt water are not your friends (in this case!)

-To clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe away tarnish. If discoloration persists, submit for repair.


We hope you love your ASHA pieces and wear them with joy. Every so often a piece will need repair and we will always try to be helpful.

We will replace or repair ASHA merchandise at no charge during the first six months of your purchase assuming normal wear. After 6 months our repair professionals will provide an assessment of the damage and repair costs. Generally re-dipping for our fashion jewelry will cost $60 to $75 per item, and resetting of stones will range between $30 and $50 depending on complexity of repair. While we would always like to provide you with the best customer service, items that are no longer in stock or that were purchased more than 2 years ago will only be considered for repair at our discretion and an estimate would be provided.


You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the fedex tracking number for your package.

International shipping fees will apply to orders shipping outside of the Untied States. They will be applied to orders after the checkout process.


ASHA by Ashley McCormick proudly stands behind the integrity and quality of our brand. We will accept all returns shipped back to us within 14 days. Note that sale items are final sale. If you choose to return your item(s) or exchange through our online portal, a label will be sent to your email and your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount less the cost of shipping and handling. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging or they will not qualify for a refund or exchanged. We have extended our return and exchanges window for all holiday orders. The holiday return/exchange deadline is Monday January 8th, 2024.
