- Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for lost, damaged or stolen items once the package has left our facility.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
CARE & HANDLING
REPAIR POLICY
We will replace or repair ASHA merchandise at no charge during the first six months of your purchase assuming normal wear. After 6 months our repair professionals will provide an assessment of the damage and repair costs. Generally, re-dipping for our fashion jewelry will cost $60 to $75 per item, and resetting of stones will range between $30 and $50 depending on complexity of repair. While we would always like to provide you with the best customer service, items that are no longer in stock or that were purchased more than 2 years ago will only be considered for repair at our discretion and an estimate would be provided.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We may honor a one-time price adjustment on eligible full-priced items ordered from ashabyadm.com if the request is made within three days of placing your order. We are only able to adjust the price once per order.
Please note, orders are not eligible for price adjustments if:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O Boxes at this time.
All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are not guaranteed to ship out the same day.
Orders placed with expedited shipping, including overnight or 2-day delivery, must also be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to ship the same day. Overnight orders are expected to arrive the next business day after shipping, while 2-day orders will arrive within two business days after shipping.
Expedited orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM (EST), or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.

PACKAGING
All jewelry is packaged in our signature ASHA pouches and boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. If you would like your order sent with a gift note, please write what you would like it to say in the order notes.
