We are seeking charismatic and experienced individuals to join our retail team in Palm Beach.
RETAIL STORE MANAGER
Palm Beach, FL/ Full Time
Qualifications:
- A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail industry.
- Full understanding of specialty retail, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of ownership and responsibility.
- Availability to work during the week and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager you will lead the retail team, while coaching and inspiring them to deliver
results through engagement and accountability.
- Understand and embrace the core values and qualities set forth by the ASHA brand.
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
- As the ultimate brand ambassador, demonstrate a high-performance selling environment
that emulates the ASHA culture and exceeds the client experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide continuous feedback to corporate.
- Motivate and inspire retail staff.
- Maintain the integrity of the store inventory.
- Oversee and execute events and miscellaneous operational tasks.
A Little More to Know:
- This position is classified as a full-time, salaried position. You will be expected to work,
on average, a 40-hour week.
- This position is eligible for standard company benefits.
- Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours
during peak season.
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Palm Beach, FL/ Full Time & Part-Time
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years prior retail experience in retail industry preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to multi-talk and work independently.
- Availability to work during the week and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate you will provide customers with a great shopping experience while
supporting the operational and sales needs of the business.
- Understand the overall concept of the ASHA brand, including our ethos and principles.
- Demonstrate the ASHA selling culture and ensure the client experience.
- Assist customers throughout the buying process, making sales both in person and over the
phone.
- Maintain store appearance via an organized and clean store floor.
- Assist in general daily operational tasks, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and
events.
