Rates for international orders are calculated at checkout and duties are paid for by customer. We do not provide return labels for international orders.
All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are not guaranteed to ship out the same day.
Orders placed with expedited shipping, including overnight or 2-day delivery, must also be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to ship the same day. Overnight orders are expected to arrive the next business day after shipping, while 2-day orders will arrive within two business days after shipping.
Expedited orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM (EST), or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
