ASHA by Ashley McCormick proudly stands behind the integrity and quality of our brand. Customers have 14 days to submit a return.

We now offer free returns when you choose to protect your order at checkout. Add Checkout+ to your cart and enjoy simple, free returns in the return portal along with package protection if your package is lost, stolen or damaged.

Without Checkout+:

A returns fee will be charged for shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for lost, damaged or stolen items once the package has left our facility.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you would like to exchange and purchase the new item separately.

Note that final sale and custom items are final sale.

International orders are eligible for return; however, the purchaser is responsible for all associated return shipping and handling fees.

Return restrictions may be placed on customer accounts that have exceeded our returns threshold. If you have returned at least 10 units in the last 6 months, the customer may be subject to a modified returns policy or no longer considered eligible for returns.
