ASHA by Ashley McCormickΒ proudly stands behind the integrity and quality of our brand.Β Customers have 14 days to submit a return.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item you would like to exchange and purchase the new item separately. Note that final sale and custom items are final sale.Β
If you choose to return your item(s) through our online portal, a label will be sent to your email and your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount less the cost of shipping and handling. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging or they will not qualify for a refund.Β
To return an in store purchase, please email our customer support line. We do not provide return labels for in store purchases.
International orders are eligible for return; however, the purchaser is responsible for all associated return shipping and handling fees.
Return restrictions may be placed on customer accounts that have exceeded our returns threshold. If you have returned at least 10 units in the last 6 months, the customer may be subject to a modified returns policy or no longer considered eligible for returns.Β
