Once your order is placed, an ASHA team member will reach out to gather personal details & design criteria to present you with a bespoke sketch for approval. Rates for international orders are calculated at checkout and duties are paid for by customer. We do not provide return labels for international orders.
All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are not guaranteed to ship out the same day.
Orders placed with expedited shipping, including overnight or 2-day delivery (Saturday Delivery Excluded), must also be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to ship the same day. Overnight orders are expected to arrive the next business day after shipping, while 2-day orders will arrive within two business days after shipping.
