SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the tracking number for your package.
OVERNIGHT/2-DAY DELIVERY
All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are not guaranteed to ship out the same day.
Orders placed with expedited shipping, including overnight or 2-day delivery, must also be placed by 2:00 PM (EST) to ship the same day. Overnight orders are expected to arrive the next business day after shipping, while 2-day orders will arrive within two business days after shipping.
Expedited orders placed on Fridays after 2:00 PM (EST), or over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

- Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for lost, damaged or stolen items once the package has left our facility.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address' that are located within Connecticut, Florida and Massachusetts.
REPAIRS

You may check the status of your order by logging into your ashabyadm.com account and clicking on the order history tab.
PACKAGING
All jewelry is packaged in our signatureΒ ASHA pouches and boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. If you would like yourΒ order sent with a gift note, you may select the gift note option at checkout.Β
