You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the fedex tracking number for your package.
Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Overnight orders placed on friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed on monday of the following week.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Asha by adm will accept all returns shipped back to us within 10 business days. Please email our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 203-485-9701 before shipping your return. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping & handling. Returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging or they will not be refunded.
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
Ashabyadm.com accepts :
Sales tax is applied only to those shipping address' that are located within connecticut.
Repairs are handled individually and will be done at the customer's expense. Please email email@example.com

All jewelry is packaged in our signature asha pouches and boxes and wrapped in tissue paper. Please specify if you would like your boxes sent with ribbon and gift card.
